Our investments fit two basic strategies: early stage  and cash flow driven investments.

Early Stage- The Reward of Being There Early, the Security of Being Able to Guide and the Power of Good Partners

Seed – funding of a concept or team when the idea is at its beginning, most critical phase. This includes setting the company up for success in securing the additional rounds of fundraising it will need as well as locating and securing high-value team members that will ensure its success.

Series A – A traditional “first round”, where a company typically has a proof of concept, strong core management team, and preferably their first revenue with a strong list of target clients. We also look for companies that have strong VCs or experienced Angel investors who understand the subject industry and therefore offer strategic insights and value.

Cash Flow Driven Strategy – Opportunistic Investments Where We Can Make the Difference

Our Cash Flow Strategy Seeks opportunities for investment in operating companies, real estate assets, and financial products that offer attractive risk adjusted returns on monthly, quarterly or annual current-pay model.

Operating Companies – We look for operating companies that are underperforming their full potential due to issues that fit our expertise. Particularly, we look for companies where their operations can be streamlined and then scaled, their branding and marketing is inefficient or poorly utilized, or they are in need of a particular strategic alliance or customer that will change their world immediately.

Real Estate Assets – We look for Real Estate assets that offer long-term pricing stability, service a large class of people that are stable with regards to income, and that currently are underperforming their potential due to poor marketing or positioning, and improper management.

Financial Products – We look for opportunities that deliver strong alpha. We require that these investments be managed by teams with deep, successful track records and a history of outperforming their peers.
