Dan Cunningham – President, Managing Member

Dan began his first investment into a private business at the age of 18. He owned his first company at the age of 19. Since then, he has been a part of multiple small business ventures and consulted numerous others. These companies have involved several industries including auto dealerships, customer services, marketing and public relations, financing, business consulting, and a real estate sales firm.

In 2006, Dan and the other partners founded Menagerie Investments and Holdings, LLC. Originally focused on real estate, the vision quickly grew toward active business investments and the investment strategies we use today.

Taylor Brooks – Vice President

Taylor joined Dan Cunningham as the marketing director for The Cunningham Group, Dan’s real estate sales firm after graduating from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Taylor quickly expanded his involvement beyond marketing to include bookkeeping, investment analysis, and contract negotiations. In 2006, Taylor was part of the team that helped start Menagerie Investments and Holdings, LLC. He firmly believes that strong relationships are the foundation for building great companies and their future success. Taylor’s expertise in Sales and Marketing and his enthusiasm for the investment industry, drive his ambitious approach to business. Taylor is responsible for tracking investment performance, locating and analyzing new investments, and assisting Dan in developing strategies and goals for future investments.
